Brake Service

• Test drive to verify complaint
• Remove all wheels and perform visual inspection of Brake system
• Inspect rotors and drums, measure runout and thickness
• Inspect shoes springs and wheel cylinders
• Inspect Calipers hoses, Master Cylinder and Brake Booster
• Tear down Calipers for cleaning and lubrication
• Depending on thickness (Machine Rotors and or Drums ) Replace if unusable
• Replace pads and or shoes as necessary
• Replace hardware necessary
• Check Hydraulic system for leaks (hoses or pipes)
• Replace any leaking or worn parts
• Bleed Hydraulic system of air
• Check Park Brake System
